Forever grateful of Fourever Paws

I took my little 18-year-old poodle, Missy, in for her grooming appointment at Fourever Paws Grooming and explained to Fran, the owner, that Missy had been pretty sick. We discussed what she had been suffering from and how she was recovering.

Fran then advised me she didn't want to put Missy through the trauma of grooming and asked me what my concerns were. I informed her I was concerned about Missy's ears; if they are not kept clean she gets ear infections.

Fran asked me to have a seat while she checked Missy's ears and then she would send her home with me. Fran cleaned Missy's ears and shaved her little face and then put her back in my arms. When I asked her what I owed she replied, "A thank you". I told her I had to show my appreciation to which she replied, "Then a hug will do".

This woman had no way of knowing that January is a difficult month for me. I got way more out of that hug than she did.

Fourever Paws Grooming was voted Best Groomer in a recent newspaper poll and this is just one of the reasons that award is deserved. I will be forever grateful to Fourever Paws Grooming.
